Delivery Charges

Delivery charges to the above postcodes range from free delivery to a maximum of £30.00, depending on your postcode and the net cost of your purchase.  Once you have entered your order details online, the delivery charge (where applicable) will be displayed, prior to payment being requested. 

Delivery

Delivery will be made as far as possible to the kerbside of the delivery address provided by the customer.  Due to insurance guidelines, delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences.  Please bear in mind that insulation products can be bulky and/or heavy.  If access to the delivery address is limited, customers must advise us in the comments section on the order.  Failure to do so may lead to delays and an additional charge may be applicable for redelivery.

Product Delivery Times

The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days. However, more specialty items or ordered in items may take a little longer to dispatch and may take up to 7-10 working days. 

Once your order has been placed we will notify you by email approximately 12 to 48 hours later with a delivery date for your order. For items that have a longer lead time than 2 - 4 working days your delivery date notification email may take longer than 12 to 48 hours. Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.30am and 16.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Wirral Insulation Supplies strongly advises not to book any tradesmen to do your work until after your material has been delivered to you, on rare occasions delays may happen that are out of our control which could result in a delay delivering material to site.

Please ensure there is a means of offloading your order on-site. Always check your delivery is correct when it arrives before you unload and sign for your order.

Checking Delivery Times

If you wish to check the delivery time of your order on the day of delivery please email steve@wirralinsulationsupplies.com and please provide your order number. One of our dispatch team will then give you an ETA by email where possible as to when you can expect delivery. Please note this is just an ETA only and is not an exact time of delivery as delays can occur from when an order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives with the customer. Wirral Insulation Supplies will try to be as accurate as possible with given ETA's.
